Steven Lippman represents public and private entities on general business and corporate matters, including entity formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, equity buyouts, joint ventures, and commercial contract drafting and negotiation. He enjoys helping small to mid-sized businesses secure the critical financing needed to power their ideas and support long-term growth. With a focus on aligning legal structure with client goals, Steven helps organizations navigate change, capitalize on growth opportunities, and incorporate emerging trends into effective business practices. He also has significant experience handling the business components of economic and industrial development projects, as well as regulatory and transactional matters specific to health care providers. He is a member of the firm’s Business Law, Real Estate Development and Finance, Municipal Governance and Health Care departments.
