Sara Shariff is an associate in the Health Care and Business Organizations and Corporations practice groups. In her practice she assists with provider reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse, Medicaid audits and administrative appeals, regulatory affairs, and general employment agreements. In addition, Mrs. Shariff is called upon to assist small- and mid-size business entities with corporate matters and transactions such as formation, mergers and acquisitions, purchase agreements, corporate policy development, and contract drafting and negotiation. She also assists with acquisitions and joint ventures among health care and other entities.
Mrs. Shariff is currently admitted to practice only in North Carolina.
