Gaines Tavenner is a partner in the Business Law department concentrating in banking and financial institutions law, commercial transactions, asset-based lending transactions and other secured and unsecured credit arrangements. He also practices in the Real Estate department, representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate and financial transactions.
