Elizabeth S. Olcott


As a member of the firm’s Litigation and Health Care departments, Liz Olcott assists clients with civil litigation matters, including contract and business tort disputes, employment matters, health care matters, and financial services disputes. She practices before state and federal courts and has assisted with arbitration of commercial matters before FINRA Dispute Resolution. Liz also assists clients with their appellate needs, including representation before the Virginia Court of Appeals.

Liz is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Virginia Bar Association.
