Liz Olcott is an associate in the firm’s Health Care and Business Organizations and Corporations practice groups. She assists clients with a variety of health care and business matters, including state and federal regulatory compliance, reimbursement issues, fraud and abuse, Medicare and Medicaid issues and appeals, general corporate concerns, and represents clients before state and federal courts in civil cases. Ms. Olcott has also advised businesses and physician groups with regard to employment contracts, general employment practices as well as matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

  • Assist clients with issues related to HIPAA, the Affordable Care Act, and general employment practices.
  • Assist providers in Medicaid audits and administrative appeals.
