Jennifer McLain McLemore has been elected a partner of Christian & Barton, L.L.P.
McLemore is a bankruptcy attorney who represents primarily business creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and workout matters and commercial litigation. She is a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee, serves as the North American program director for the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), and was a founder of the IWIRC—Virginia Network. She is active in state and local bar organizations, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Junior League of Richmond.
Prior to joining Christian & Barton, McLemore served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Douglas O. Tice Jr., Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
McLemore received her law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, and earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Miami University. (January 2012)
