If a picture can communicate a thousand words to a jury, imagine what video images and sound technology could express in the hands of a skilled legal team. Christian & Barton attorney Henry I. Willett III will be part of a panel that examines the courtroom use of such evidence and its implications—especially in the wake of a mass disaster—during a seminar titled “Demonstrative Evidence: What Kinds of Bells and Whistles are Jury-Appropriate?”
The session is part of the “Disaster in the Alps!” aviation litigation program to be held in New York June 3. The CLE event is co-sponsored by the American Bar Association Section of Litigation, Mass Torts Committee and the New York City Bar Association, Aeronautics Committee. (April 2010)
