Christopher M. Gill Earns LEED® Accredited Professional Designation

Christian & Barton attorney Christopher M. Gill has earned the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design® Accredited Professional (LEED® AP) designation from the Green Building Certification Institute.

The LEED® AP designation marks an individual who has passed an exam to demonstrate knowledge and skill of green building practices and principles, and the LEED® Green Building Rating System, the nationally-accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.

Gill typically represents developers, landowners, local governments and government agencies in matters related to property transactions, property rights, land use and a variety of environmental matters.

“We are extremely proud of Chris' accomplishment,” said J. Edward Betts, the firm’s managing partner.  “His familiarity with LEED requirements is a valuable resource to clients involved with sustainable energy and development projects.”

C&B attorney Cliona Mary Robb also holds the LEED® AP designation. (July 2009)
