Bio:

Paul W. Jacobs II has extensive experience in representing both private and public clients, including local government bodies, on a variety of issues before state and federal courts and regulatory bodies.  Representation of private clients includes commercial disputes and federal and state securities laws. Mr. Jacobs joined Christian & Barton in 1977, and is admitted to practice before the federal courts in Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
