Michael J. Quinan practices principally in the areas of business litigation, administrative law and public utility regulation. He regularly handles cases at the Virginia State Corporation Commission and other state agencies, and in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth.

Mr. Quinan formerly served as general counsel to the Virginia Bar Association and as the firm's managing partner.
