Jennifer McLain McLemore is a partner in the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. She advises banks and credit unions as well as commercial and business creditors in bankruptcy and litigation matters.

Mrs. McLemore serves as chair of the firm's Client Development Committee and the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
